Comfortable room and great breakfast. They took care of our baby by organising a coat for free and even facilitating information regarding the nearbies of the city. The room was cozy, clean and the set of soaps very nice.

It’s very stylish boutique hotel, it has new furniture, big bathroom, big mirrors and super confortable bed. Also was nice to have a speakers in bedroom. Very friendly staff with eyes for details. We were having our anniversary and have the possibility to try the spa and we must recommend this for couples. There is a rooftop that allows sunsets with view over Valencia with a nice Aperol in the hands. In general a very nice experience.

+ Great location, close to everything. + The staff was very friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. + Wi-Fi worked good. + The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of useful things like kitchenette or iron for example. + The bed was comfortable, we slept very well especially with the temperature control in the room. + Regular cleaning. + Quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside or from neighbours.

the hotel is situated in an exceptional location. Very central. I loved the breakfast with an exceptional Bar concept. Ruggero can do amazing coffee and he has also his coffee menu. The food is very fresh. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. I compliment Yassin on the way he greets tourists. Loved this hotel and if I return to Valencia, will definitely go there again.

The location in the heart of Valencia is excellent. It's a true boutique hotel which offers all the comfort needed. Very nice white marble bathroom with a wonderful shower. Felt like standing under a waterfall. Excellent and delicious breakfast healthy and authentic. We moved the smoothies, the ham and cheese options with the bread. We will be back.

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.

Most of the Holiday Inn Express room size are almost the same. Room was just nice with a sofa bed open for family of 4 (with 2 small children). Shower water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with varieties of selection. Next to the hotel is the Centre Commercial Bonaire where Primark and Alcampo shopping canter around it. Many restaurant around if hanging around at Bonaire area.

Love the staff, the hospitality and warm welcome. Rooms are perfectly clean always, and the beds -made from heaven! Nice breakfast and drinks!! Everything was super super comfy, breakfast was good. We forgot our travel adapter in our room after contacting the hotel, they it aside at the reception so that we could come and collect it after few days. Dove brand toiletry products, bath tub, towels. Everything was great. Thank you.
