INCREDIBLE STAY. Can’t thank the host enough for the lovely stay on Camino. Everything and more. One of my favourites. Spent my whole evening between the pool and sun loungers with my book then treated to a great dinner!

The friendly people, owner José and his wife were very nice and helpfull. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom, good shower with no slippery floor and a bench to sit on or put your clothes on. Good towels. Very clean. Wifi in the room (room 1) The whole hotel and restaurant were very clean and tidy, no cigarette-ends or precies of paper anywhere inside or out. Lots of parking space. Good food. Our compliments José and wife!!

Absolutely beautiful duplex apartment. True home from home comfort. We didn’t want for anything during our stay here. The building is finished to a high standard and has created a very comfortable living space. Location was great - walking distance from supermarket and lovely walk along the river.

Staying at A Casa das Aguas was one of the very best experiences of our camino. A little off the camino (barely), but so worth it. My family and a friend stayed here, in two rooms, and were delighted by the beauty of the hotel and the gardens. We enjoyed a fantastic home-cooked dinner outside, and a fantastic breakfast the next morning. Seriously two of the best meals we had during a month of travel. The hosts are a wonderful, welcoming family, so willing to accommodate our needs, truly going above and beyond. So hoping we can return for another visit soon!
