Location is great! Room looked lovely and was nice and clean. We arrived very late at night and we even reveived a welcome drink on arrival(home made hibiscus juice). Sara and Nour were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with great view overlooking the Nile. Nour was taking care of us like we were his family. Organised transportation as well. The owner Gerges was also very easy to communicate with and was available even at night. Great service!!! I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to feel safe and happy. Great experience in Luxor!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was brand new, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely view of the Nile from our balcony where we enjoyed the sunset. The view of the Nile is stunning from the pool area as well. Communication with the host was smooth and professional — they responded quickly and made everything easy. Highly recommend this accommodation & will book it again for sure on our next visit!

great large house, well decorated, fully equipped, beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools, awesome views over the Nile; extra for us was the excellent service from the team esp Ramadan and Saber who were extremely kind and helpful in the house, serving us tea, dinner and even helping with laundry, and they took us on a tuctuc ride with the family. Host is very responsive and the advice from Mohammed who manages was very good as we planned our visits the next day

We had a wonderful stay. Our visit to Luxor coincided with our wedding anniversary and the Steigenberger made us feel very special by upgrading our room. They even left a special surprise in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” sign and handmade love-heart on our bed!! So special. It seemed that the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was eggsellent (!!) and the poolside bar service T sunset was perfect. Thank you Steigenberger Nile Palace, we will always remember our lovely stay at your hotel !!

It was a really great experience. The accommodation was exceptional! From the moment of greeting to the final farewell, everything was great. Gaba was a really good host, and helped with everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with good views of the surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel truly welcome. He makes you feel as a part of the community and we made a good friend! If you encounter problems he is always there to help :) They make a fire in the garden every night and we could spend time with the host, the staff and other guests and share precious times together. The location was also perfect if you are looking for a quiet time to relax with easy access to the best sights in the west bank. Gaba helped us always and organized transportation to the east bank for us. He also organized the travel for us to Aswan and Abu Simbel. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone and will definitely be coming back! This was our first stay in Egypt and it was a welcoming and great experience! Thank you a lot Gaba!
