We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Throughout our stay, all the staff constantly asked if we were doing well or if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

Our stay has been exceptional and we will definitely come back. Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

The moment you enter the hotel, everyone at the reception makes you feel pampered. We did first the 8 days tour in all Egypt, and we were beyond exhausted. We were ready to rest and celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The buffets at all times are amazing. The beach, although it isn't huge, it has beautiful water. Their housekeeping,waiters, bartenders, and Gardeners are doing a great job every single day! Big thanks for the amazing experience and people met on this trip. Amani, and the Guest relation supervisor were extremely attentive. Sous chef Mostafa Ahmed.He was always super attentive to customer satisfaction. He made our stay very special. Wael ( Breakfast Oasis) Awaad (Remal lunch) Bassen N ( Remal dinner) Mahmoud ( beach bar, amazing service he gave us always a great classic cocktail)

Never seen such an amazing breakfast with lots of variety. Fruits, pancakes, german bread selection and french breads, egg corner, asian corner, warm food, fresh juices, coffee machine made coffees,...And each item was labelled (gluten free, lacto,...). Spacious breakfast area inside and outdoors on each side of the restaurant.

It was clean and tidy. Mohammed who welcomed us made our trip fantastic and comfortable. both with help with the facilities in the apartment but also in the area with a quick tour of the entire area. The best recommendations from here.
