I was a little apprehensive booking a 2 star hotel but it was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable just 20 steps away from the sandy beach and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Mahmoud in particular took great care of me. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included and although not a massive selection, (as in some hotel in Egypt I’ve stayed at), it was more than adequate and every meal I had was very good. Tea, coffee, juice and water were readily available but alcohol was not, I bought any drinks I wanted from the hotel next door, which wasn’t a problem. I will definitely be returning to Sun Beach.

The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

A Wonderful Experience at a New Hotel Worth Visiting My stay at this new hotel was excellent in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I would like to thank Mr. Nabil, the Director, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and also extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Zeina from Guest Relations for her kind attitude and genuine care for the guests. Special thanks to Mr. Omran from F&B for making wishes come true—Whatever forever ever! And finally, a big thank you to Chef Essam, or as I fondly called him, Chef Essamzy, for his delicious creations and warm personality. The service was outstanding, everything was well-organized, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. I wish them phenomenal success and hope they maintain this high level of quality. Mahmoud is really nice and chill person. We had lovely 3 nights here with amazing views. Fully equipped kitchen, extremely clean room. Soma Bay is definitely one of the best places at Red Sea to chill, to relax. We will back again.
