The staff is very polite. The resort is very clean and kept together with a amazing staff. Tons of great food and a nice private beach. They even upgraded me to a suite with no additional cost. I stayed last year at Piramissa or now it's called V hotel and they are horrible in every category. I recommend Continental to anyone and even people with kids.

Year-Round Sun and Fun

Set against the backdrop of desert and mountains, Sharm el Sheikh is a year-round Red Sea diving and beach resort. Although based on an existing village, it is very much a purpose-built holiday town, with lots of international brands of hotel, restaurant and bar lining its sandy shores.

The oldest part surrounds the Old Market, a heady mix of shisha and spices, roughly in the middle of the Naama Bay and Um el Sid suburbs. The other Sharm districts of Shark’s Bay and Nabq Bay are along the coast by Sharm el Sheikh Airport.

The Red Sea offers some of the world’s best dive spots with rich underwater life on the deep reefs of the amazing Ras Mohammed National Park. Other watersports include windsurfing, kayaking or banana boating, and the Cleopark waterpark has flumes, pools and rapids.

Other things to do include shopping at Il Mercato mall and the many souvenir stalls, karting at Ghibli Raceway, or watching a show at the Arabian-styled Alf Leila Wa Leila. Outside town you can go horse or camel riding in the desert, and visit a Bedouin village or St Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai peninsula hills.

It is the right place in Gulf region for a three days long weekend entertaining trip either as solo, as family or as a couple. The city is so tourist friendly with nice hospitality, entertainment spots and most importantly at affordable cost. I stayed in Nabq bay but I feel staying in Sharq bay is better considering its proximity to downtown, Soho square, and Namma bay. Plan for a minimum two full days stay.

I hate the fact that every shop just wants to scam u for ur money. They never give u the correct prices. Every item I price is escalated and now u must negotiate. Y can't they provided the correct price the 1st time around. There just one or two shops that might give u a fixed price like MANGO BUT WHY do they need to write on their boards FIXED PRICE it's because they know other shops are robbing the people

It's a huge resort.

It's a huge resort. Attractive I guess to those wanting All Inclusive. And like shopping malls. I used local minibuses to get to a different snorkeling spot and to visit the mosque. The people who worked and lived locally were friendly and helpful and relaxed. The trip snorkeling towards Tiran island was a highlight and the Risso's dolphins spotted on the way. I would not return as (apart from the natural wonders) it isn't my kind of destination. Sharm el Sheikh as a departure airport is quite chaotic and unecessarily bureaucratic. Just the worst tourism ever; caters to classless eastern Europeans who come here for cheap sun & booze. The local people are poorly treated and paid and learn to treat tourists in an awful way because they don't understand the language and are happy with terrible service. It's a vicious circle. I just came for 2 days diving ; but next time straight to Dahab!

* My favorite spots were enjoying the spirit of clear sky and the passion of blue water and unlimited mountain views. * Many plenty of restaurants were around the resident stay and it was easy to select what you want to eat. * If u are foreigner in Sharm El Sheikh by using the help of Google Maps you reach your destinations so easily through plenty of transportation varieties. * Plenty of activities like: snorkeling, diving, bicycling, running, shopping, enjoying evening activities, night clubs, casinos, billiards and bowling games.

One of the most value for money trips you can have, one week...

One of the most value for money trips you can have, one week is a great option for you in order to explore the attractions and to relax. Give yourself two or three days to relax and enjoy your hotel facilities and afterwards you have to explore Naama Bay, Farsha Cafe and anything else you desire.

The resort took my breath away when I arrived. Its so beautiful. From the sun beds, hot tubs, the size of the rooms to the packed mini bar that is also part of the all inclusive package ! The staff are out of this world! So accommodating and just all around amazing people! Ala, Masaed & the English Pub staff are the reason I can’t wait to come back again! They really make sure you get the most out of your all inclusive. By the end of the trip they become like brothers to me! Cleopatra is the best hotel in Egypt !!!

We had a top service from the first moment. For the price of the hotel you get a really good All Inclusive Offer. The food is good, I loved the BBQ that cooked us nice dishes. The offer to be able to use Amphoras Blu‘s Pool/Beach/Snackbar is really nice - most of Amphoras Aqua are spending the afternoon in Blus beach. We were also allowed to consume late checkout for free on our departure day - there is also a shuttle driving to Naama Bay every day and coming back at around 6pm

Ambience, food , all inclusive, everything was so good and very welcoming . Staff were extremely friendly. Special mention to Mohamed Semi front desk officer - we had a bad experience in another hotel and checked in early morning. He did his best to accommodate us in that time and was extremely kind to offer us above and beyond to keep us happy. Cleanliness - very good overall. Special kudos to room decoration - he made a small decor everyday he made up the room.

The guest relation employee Esraa took very good care of us and important this stay for us from the previous time if you have any issue with your stay just look for her and she will take care of you, and the shower was a 10/10, overall the beach side section of the hotel is very nice feels like 5 star hotel, almost everything in it is good like the room service, breakfast, etc.

Most staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Elsayed, Moustafa, Khaled. The size of the resort meant it never felt overcrowded. Having use of the restaurants at the next door sister hotel was great and on the whole, the food in the Blu was pretty good for an all inclusive.
