We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff — especially Mr. Anter from FB, Aziza from FO, and Menna from FB — were incredibly kind, funny, and helpful. The hotel has its own beautiful private beach with crystal-clear water and soft white sand. Our room was spacious and very clean. During our stay, we also recommend visiting Salt Salman, located just across the road, for a relaxing experience. Cleopatra’s Bath & Beach and the Sea Eye are definitely worth a visit as well. Of course, you can also simply unwind on the beach and listen to the calming sound of the waves. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking, and all the staff were polite and attentive. Mr. Anter, in particular, was a great joker and made us laugh a lot. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, insha’Allah. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

That's something that's not advertised well on booking.com, you need to know the layout of the city, to know that lovers beach is actually a peninsula and the only hotel that has a private beach there is triumph, there is a fast boat ride every hour taking the residents from the beach to the other beach in the peninsula. The staff was very helpful trying to go over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. They try to help with outside trips and site seeing and also to buy the authentic merchandise of marsa matruh, the city doesn't have a lot of tourists from outside of egypt but I believe very soon it will be one of the favourite destinations because of the great site seeing which doesn't exist at anywhere else. I believe that 4 days stay is exactly enough to visit all the sites you needed to see and take amazing photos. I would personally recommend visiting again. For the facilities, the room is very wide and clean with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, both with sea view. The facilities of the hotel are good in comparison to the rest of the city. I would like to point out a suggestion for this hotel and for all the other hotels that will make the beach more enjoyable; you need to install showers at the beach side with the cute foot tub like all Asian hotels. Also, if possible extend a stone passage through the sand of the beach that can extend to the marina for water sports. That's all I could imagine I would add to this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely and comfy stay that will be always memorable among our family trips

It was a new hotel the room was well furnished and very clean. It had nice facilities. The pool was good. The food was delicious and all my food needs were responded to promptly. The staff was so friendly and any problem I encountered was solved by the hotel management smoothly

Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it ! And well, they were adorable. I think it is the most important. And they upgraded me for free in a beautiful bedroom with a magnificent front beach view.

This Villa is lovely. We stayed there twice already. It's quiet, very clean, and well equipped, and I loved the rooftop. We felt very comfortable. The owners replied immediately when we contacted them and helped with all our questions. It's among the best places I've stayed in Egypt

The room is close to the beach! And it's good access and beautiful view from balcony. The room is pretty and clean enough. We slept well on comfortable bed. The kitchen also is tidy and clean. There's enough cups ,dishes , microwave and extra... I hope I will come back 🌅😊
