We had an amazing time at the Cleopatra Adults Only. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. You also get two separate beach towels that you can exchange anytime. There are different pools and the area is quite large, so we always found a good spot without feeling cramped. At breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a great variety of different hot and cold dishes, salads, types of bread and desserts. However, what makes the resort stand out is the exceptional helpfulness of the staff - everyone is extremely courteous, friendly and personal. You feel welcome and at home from the very first second.

Excellent Service and Unforgettable Hospitality I stayed at this hotel for one night in a sea-view room, and the experience was truly outstanding. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea. In the evening, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel’s new restaurant, to which I was kindly invited by the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rowan. Although my original reservation was made for several days through a third party, Ms. Rowan went above and beyond to assist me in modifying it without any extra charges or penalties. She made multiple phone calls on my behalf and handled everything in a highly professional and efficient manner. I would like to sincerely thank her for her dedication, effort, and exceptional service. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud, the bellman, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank the Chief of Security Mr. Hathem. An unfortunate conflict arose between me and another guest, during which the other guest behaved very rudely and even became physically aggressive by grabbing my hand. The Chief of Security and his professional team handled the situation calmly and expertly, resolved the conflict, and ensured that I ultimately received an apology from the guest. Overall, my stay was short but truly memorable thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed, and meeting Ali Shaban was a highlight – his professionalism and kindness set the tone for our experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and full of delightful surprises, like the creative towel art left by housekeeping each day. The buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The entertainment programs in the evenings were engaging, and we thoroughly enjoyed the additional activities, especially the artificial wave and tennis facilities.

One day I felt bad, I came to the dining room in the evening to take honey and lemons, but there was no honey, so the employee, unfortunately I don’t know his name, made me juice and brought honey, although honey you can get only in the morning. Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. At the reception all the receptionist are very helpful, nice. Specially Andrew is the best. Our room was clean, Mr. Mustafa did great his job. Very polite, nice. The staff in the Main restaurant, cooks, waiters are the best very communicative, helpful, they work hard. We had also the dinner in Indian restaurant, all the staff is the best... Actually all the personal were top of the top. Everybody are really friendly. We would go back, just because of the staff. Otherwise for family vacation this is the best choice. We went also in the other Charmillion hotel, by the sea. Also there is perfect. We really recommend this hotel for hodilays in Sharm El Sheikh.
