Everything! Amazing location amazing beach and facilities. The service was impeccable the staff is so attentive and friendly and genuinely kind that really makes such a difference - always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Special thanks to Taha the grill master, tarek Mahmoud zakaria from the main restaurant and the entire team of the seafood restaurant! We will definitely come back! Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners + A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious with comfortable bed, sitting area and a lot of storage space. All staff were friendly and helpfuI. I booked all inclusive stay and food was plentiful and delicious with big variety of salads and deserts to choose from. The wifi in the lobby works perfectly. There is also regular free shuttle bus several times a day to a lovely private beach with bar, sun umbrellas and many deck chairs. There is an endless pool with bar. I was nicely surprised as I didn't expect much for such a good price. It was great value for money and it exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommed this hotel to everyone and will return again.

Large number of sunbeds. Several pools, 2 comfortably heated in winter. Nubian style rooms, nicely decorated. Very good food, well organized service, attentive waiters. All orher staff perfect, ready to help, smiling, greeting. 2 coral molo's. Great public accessible beach 1 km north of the hotel with amazing corals and tranquil water.

The bay was beautiful, we saw many turtles and dugongs. The Beach Boys were very kind especially Oscar Horus🤩 The hotel is very good and clean … breakfast was little bit poor!

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh...

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
