We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Elite Riviera. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners + A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

Very close to everything, there is a bus for free in different times for go to the beach and for go to the city center Marina, staff very friendly and always ready to help you in all, the have spa service massages that i recommend, and tour for 🚢 boat snorkeling diving with good prices i take 2 tours 😃 the beach close the hotel is awesome surrounded by the coral 🪸 amazing 🤩

Very nice resort, the reef is awsome with large variety of fish, they even have turtles and morays. Food is good although last year it was a bit better and all meals were served at The Olive which is the nicest, this year only dinner was at The Olive. The Spa is pretty good, I had 2 massages with Shaimaa and it was a very nice.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh...

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.

The city itself is one big construction site.

The city itself is one big construction site. There's no point in going there just for diving; there's no point in doing anything else. The underwater world is simply stunning, with coral flora and fauna practically untouched by civilization. In 10 years, everything will be ruined. Abu Dabab, Marska Mubarak, and Sharm El Luli Bays are a must-see. The best offshore reefs are at Satayya and near Hamata Island.
