Excellent customer service, amazing architecture/ design and smart floorplan. Excellent room (free upgrade)! Great ambiance though also respecting tranquility for the guests. Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

For me to fall in love with an accomodation I just need three simple things: comfortable bed, warm high pressure shower and amazing atmosphere!! After 2 days i felt like home, knew everyone! It felt like being with family! Marina view is an amazing deal! Great value for money!! The room was huge, great bed, fluffy towels, super clean, corridors with fresh flowers! Staff is fantastic! Thanks Mo for being so helpful and always have a smile! Breakfast was surprisingly delicious! For €5 you have a proper tasty meal! They will help you get the best deals with tours and guide you through all questions making sure you enjoy the best of Marsa Alam and feel the truth egyptian hospitality and kindness! Additionally, they have in house diving courses (i didnt do it, but it looks convenient to have all in the same place). Marsa Alam is small, from 10EGP you can get a very local experience on a shared taxi van and get to the marina. There is also a supermarket 2min walk from the hotel. Best wishes to all team! It was great start of my Egypt trip to stay with you!

The hotel is great! the room was amazing and the hotel facilities were also great. we had so much fun and really enjoyed the beach. The hotel staff is so friendly and they made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Special thanks to Mohammed Ashraf, Mohammed Marzouk, Ahmed Ezat and Remon Nabil for their amazing service, they surely made our experience better!

Large number of sunbeds. Several pools, 2 comfortably heated in winter. Nubian style rooms, nicely decorated. Very good food, well organized service, attentive waiters. All orher staff perfect, ready to help, smiling, greeting. 2 coral molo's. Great public accessible beach 1 km north of the hotel with amazing corals and tranquil water.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
