The location was perfect for my purposes. There is a gas station shop 24h very close to the hotel and also Mall of Arabia is nearby. The room and facilities are absolutely fantastic. I haven't slept in more comfortable bed in my whole life. Everything was extra clean. The hosts were super kind and flexible. Mr. Ibrahim and Ahmed were a great help for me during my stay. It is good value for money.

We are a French family of 5 adults and stayed one full week at the hotel in July 2025. Via WhatsApp, the communication was smooth and very easy (before and during our stay). They organised our transfer from and to the airport. They also organised 3 awesome excursions for us, with a wonderful English-speaking guide (James). We visited the GEM by ourselves as this is only a 10 mn walk from the hotel. Rehab, at the reception of the hotel, is a really customer-service super-effective and helpful lady. All the people who work here are super kind. The rooms are clean, calm and not noisy, located on the last floors of the building. Very good Wi-Fi. There is not a lot around, so we had our dinners at the hotel: stunning home-made food. We liked it very much. The oriental breakfast is delicious as well. All the meals are served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view.

Amir contacted me on WhatsApp and organized everything from the moment I arrived at the airport until my departure. He arranged a car for airport pickup, planned tours to the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, a Nile cruise, and many other trips and services. Everything was smooth and well organized. The breakfast was delicious, and all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Amir is a wonderful person who truly took care of every detail.
