⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The management, staff, espicially Mr. Hanna, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from variety of resturenets to the beachs, pools and the green open areas. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return. Thanks to the management, staff and Mr. Hanna for making it so special. Highly recommended!

This is the hotel that you are looking for! Is our second time in Grand Water World hotel because Is the best place to enjoy our holiday. Is a lot of things to do, clean swimming pools, entertainment team Is amazing, lots of restaurants you can choose to dine in, food is exceptional!!! with a variety of choices that fit any tastes possible. Beach was clean, a lot of sunbeds to choose from and variety of drinks. And of course the room is big and clean, with a big terrace and nice view. Also the customer service is great, everybody is trying their best to make us have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mohammed from reception, he deal with our late check out in an amazing manner, and also to Captain Abdelrahman who provide the best restaurant service. Can't wait to return next year.

I had an extraordinary week at KaiSol Romance in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurdagha, Egypt. The receptionists, Ibrahim and Mohamed, were outstanding—attentive, polite, and extremely friendly. The entire staff, from the restaurant to the room makers, provided exceptional service at high standards. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities like the gym and spa. The beach, impeccably clean, is attended to by a wonderful staff. Rooms are spotless, food is excellent, and the overall service is exceptional. A truly memorable stay that I highly recommend!
