We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The hospitality throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the food exceeded our expectations. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. Everything about the property reflects care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to anyone looking for a perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and top-level hospitality. Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

We stayed as a family in a family room (2+2) - really spacious and comfortable, so much room to relax -or to have a little fun while the kids are playing 🙂 The restaurants are excellent - everything is tasty and well prepared. A special shout-out to the chef and the amazing team at the main restaurant Aurora. Our waiter Kamal was absolutely fantastic - super attentive, remembered all our preferences, and somehow our drinks were already waiting on the table by the time we arrived 😄 Reception service - top-notch! Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to help - no “please wait a moment” that turns into half an hour. The slides are great fun, and the wave pool was a big hit with the kids. The beach is nice, but with a twist: access to the sea is only via a bridge because of the coral reef - quite similar to Sharm El Sheikh, which is not very common for Hurghada. For small kids, there are tiny natural pools between the corals where they can chill safely and watch small fish (and even two tiny moray eels 🐠). The beach shuttle is super convenient -just a few minutes by a small bus that runs every 5–10 minutes, no queues, no crowding. You can also walk - about 7–10 minutes along the path or through the sister hotel. Kids’ animation is good, though a bit more variety would be nice - our little ones loved the mini-disco anyway 🙂 The Luna Park is excellent - no queues, lots of fun, and even some VR games and attractions for older kids. The bar is fine - nothing fancy, but does the job 🍹 Overall, the service in this hotel is excellent - staff are attentive, friendly and genuinely care about guests. A perfect place to relax, enjoy great food and not worry about a thing.

Usually, the opinion about the hotel is formed by the service. The service at this hotel is perfect! The reception is attentive, polite, quickly responds to requests, they took into account the wishes of placing two rooms in the building closest to the sea. The cleaner in the room is polite, attentive to details. Bartenders make cool cocktails. The waiters are always polite, smiling and remember what a specific guest usually orders. A very cool team of animators: so cheerful, active, responsive. Guys, you are well done❤️! Sports almost all day (aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba, bocce, volleyball, etc.) Cool evening animation! I really liked the foam party and the festival of colors. Very cool❤️! The hotel has 8 a la carte restaurants. We managed to visit 5. The restaurants are all good, but I would especially like to mention the restaurants of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine - they are perfect! The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a water park, heated pools, there is an "adults only" zone both by the pool and on the beach. And the most important thing for me is the sea. A wonderful wide clean beach with perfect sand and an entrance to the sea. Lots of sunbeds, comfortable clean mattresses, wide straw umbrellas, wind barriers! I really want to return to this hotel! Thank you for a week of fun❤️!
