I recently had the great pleasure of staying at the newly built Serry Beach Resort during my vacation, and I must say it was an amazing experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the breathtaking views to the excellent service, this hidden gem was simply exceptional. One aspect that truly caught my attention during my stay was the level of exceptional service provided by the entire team. In particular, I would like to commend the amazing receptionist, Monaem. From the moment I entered the resort, Monaem offered a warm and genuine welcome that made me feel like a cherished guest at Serry Beach Resort. His professionalism and attention to detail were perfect throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed to truly enjoy a memorable vacation. Monaem was a reliable source of information and provided interesting recommendations about nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and activities based on my preferences. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests was evident in his willingness to fulfill any request. Whether it was arranging reservations, providing transportation, or even offering valuable tips, his hospitality and warm reception to guests were truly exceptional. The resort boasts tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms, offering breathtaking views either of the sea or the charming gardens. Additionally, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room design added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Serry Beach Resort's calming environment encompasses all the elements for a serene and rejuvenating experience, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them. The dining experience at Serry Beach Resort offered diverse and exceptionally high-quality cuisine. From delicious local dishes to international options, the resort's restaurants catered to all tastes.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with a car transfer between 2 locations. The apartment is very good thought, you have everything you need in there, especially if you want to save some money and prepare a quick breakfast yourself. The markets around are very close and cheap. The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed. There is a washing machine, really useful. The pool is very good, there is also a private beach.

I had the immense pleasure of spending ten exceptional days at the GRAND HOTEL HURGHADA. We had booked two rooms: one for myself, my wife, and our child, and another for my mother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, everything went perfectly, in an atmosphere truly worthy of a five-star hotel. Right from the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim, who was extremely kind and helpful. We even had the privilege of choosing our rooms, both offering a splendid view of the pool, just a few steps from the beach. At the pool, Mr. Hossam, the pool manager, was always attentive. He regularly came to check on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, with great care and kindness. The housekeeping service was impeccable, with the staff coming daily to change the sheets and restock the bathroom amenities. Regarding dining, we had access to two large restaurants as well as a beach restaurant offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. The dishes were delicious, generous, and very varied. A special mention goes to the “Arabesque” restaurant, where everything was outstanding. Many thanks to Mr. Mohsin and his entire team for their warm welcome and impeccable service. I would also like to thank all the staff at the animation bar, especially the waiter Ahmed, who was always smiling and available, as well as Mrs. Nathalie, who was in charge of the kids’ club and made our child’s stay unforgettable. Thanks to the entire team at the GRAND HOTEL, we had a wonderful stay that we will never forget. Thank you all once again! ❤️❤️❤️

So happy! We actually booked a place a few km away and weren’t happy, then booked this last minute. And we were so happy. I took pics and videos to help explain better than I can. The place is brand new, they are a growing project. So anything you think of or need just let them know. The rooms are super clean and new, the view is incredible, massive glass window straight onto the beach. It has a big new pool, places to chill, games in the water and on the beach. There are reefs just 100 metres out if you like snorkelling. Shops and a mall near by. And the owner Khaled has such a story, I’m bias because I’m from the U.K. and he lived there for 20 years, but it’s so inspiring. Great resort, great story, great experience. Happy new year 2026 x
