My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was always kept clean. Breakfast was plentiful and served perfectly. The hotel had a great atmosphere, mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Achref for his consistently pleasant service, and to Karim at the reception for his warm hospitality. The hotel's location—right in front of the cable ski lake—is unique, and the seating on the sandy shore was exceptional.

Spent a getaway with my husband here and I really loved it. Calm and peaceful resort and the beach club had the best vibes and amazing food for lunch and dinner, with great variety including local and international cuisines. Being beachfront meant that we were never far from a sun lounger which was ideal. The beach was sandy and clean and water calm and perfect for swimming. Very clean rooms, good WiFi and quality amenities. I found the staff were always keen to be helpful and accommodating which made the stay more special. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, always greeting guests and checking in — without ever being pushy. The Welcome Drink was a lovely touch — I could pick any cocktail I wanted. That generosity set the tone from the start. The hotel’s green and peaceful territory is full of palms, banana trees, cacti — everything beautifully maintained. The music by the pool is tasteful and relaxed, which adds to the calm vibe. Though Cook’s Club has a “club-style” concept, the guest atmosphere was pleasantly balanced and intelligent. No loud or vulgar behavior — just relaxed people enjoying their holiday. It felt comfortable, respectful, and welcoming. I’d say it suits both younger travelers and guests 40+. One of the biggest surprises: although Egypt is often full of noise, this hotel is truly an oasis of calm. No shouting, no loud phone calls — just quiet, comfort, and space to fully relax. My room was flawless — as a perfectionist, I can confidently say it was 10/10. Super clean, comfy bed with satin-white linens, great pillows, and strong water pressure. Breakfasts were excellent: fresh juices, detox waters, tasty omelets, house-made bread from an outdoor oven, and proper barista coffee — all included. When I had a sudden migraine, the reception kindly arranged medication from a pharmacy — delivered in 20 minutes for just 2 euros. That kind of care really matters. The pool is clean and checked daily, and in the evenings, there are charming touches like outdoor movies with popcorn and snacks. This hotel truly shines with its peaceful vibe, attentive service, and thoughtful details. I would love to return and highly recommend it.
