The property is very very beautiful, clean and new. The location is amazing for the view on the nile. It's also close to the airport, as there is a new road being constructed which makes access easy. The food was also great. We are vegan and we had an easy time finding great food. They even made an extra breakfast box for us to go to Abu Simbel. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Momen was extremely helpful to show us around, as we came a little unprepared to aswan. He answered all our questions very patiently and organized us transport to Luxor.

The hotel is in a privileged location, with stunning views of the Nile and direct access down a set of stairs. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, perfect to relax. The room was excellent: spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Asmaa, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She also cooks wonderfully – if you’re lucky enough to try her traditional homemade food, you’ll truly enjoy it. The breakfasts were fantastic too, and one morning she even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our excursion. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again

Everything was amazing. Saff, room, wiev, food. Kristina was profesional and the mister Imad from yakub bazar jewelry store was fantastic.
