The staff were very helpful. The hotel foyer is very spacious. We booked a suite, which was big and had two balconies: one overlooking the pyramids and the other over the pool. The other rooms we booked were deluxe pyramid view, and they too were lovely. The food in the hotel buffet was very good with a wide range of choices for our family's differing dietary needs. A good location for accessing the pyramids.

Nice hotel in Downtown with a wonderful athmosphere. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful living room. I was sitting every morning here and drunk my coffee. A wonderful start in the day.
