I really appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, especially the breakfast hostess, who brightened our morning every day with her friendliness. The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping mall - perfect for rainy days or an easy outgoing. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee strong, and there were rice cakes available for those who don't eat bread - a small but thoughtful detail!

It was our first time in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The house looks like a molehill from the parking lot side, but from inside it's anything but. The rooms open to the other side of the house, overlooking an inner courtyard. The public spaces were clean, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, had enough cupboards and not one, but two dryer cabinets for ski equipment. Bathroom as well was big and nice looking, floor heating made it super comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection for a small hotel, from porridge, eggs prepared in multiple ways and sandwich material to selection of drinks and fresh bakery. The restaurant apparently provides lunch & dinner as well, which we didn't try. Alexela electric car chargers were <100m from the main entrance. Soundproofing reasonably good for a hotel. 24/7 reception and ample parking space.

Ugandi Hotel is located near the town centre of Otepää, only 100 metres away from Tehvandi sports stadium. It offers accommodation with free parking and Wi-Fi.

Everything was fine. Very beautiful manor. Kind host. The daughters were frightened by one hidden spider by the bed, but all this was compensated by the excitement of table hockey.

More than I expected for the money - double room was cozy, view through the window was very nice. There are more services than you can expect in the woods.

The room was equiped with two beds and two sofas, it's really big for a solo traveller. The room was clean and tidy. The surroundings were very quiet. The staff was warm and hospitable.
