What impressed me was that the moment we stepped out of the doors of the airport there was a holiday Inn Staff waiting for us with our names on the card. Then we were whisked to the hotel with zero delay and zero work in our part as the staff both of them helped with the luggage. So from the moment we came out of the gate until we were in our room we didn’t have to touch our luggage. Super friendly in a super modern building. Highly recommended.

as always, this hotel fills up my expectations, cleanness 100%, staff is polite and helpful 100%, location is super, 10 minutes by taxi from airport 100%, breakfast 100% they made an exception for me, they prepared the breakfast at 6am, I am very pleased to stay in here.

If you arrive in Quito after a long flight or you have a flight home this is the perfect place for a delicious relaxing time. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind and there’s a swimming pool and steam room. The food is tasty and very generous. It’s really perfect for a stay that’s near the airport but not too close.

What a brilliant find! located so close to the airport it was a godsend for our early flight. The host may be the nicest fella I’ve met, so polite, accommodating. We wish we stayed another night to rest up before our flight. Felt like a really nice family home.

We stay here to break up the trip from Toronto to Cuenca.

We stay here to break up the trip from Toronto to Cuenca. There isn't enough time between the arrival of our international flight to the departure of our domestic flight to make the connection, so we check in have a great breakfast and sleep in luxurious, comfortable beds before leaving the next morning for our final destination. Everything about the Wyndham is wonderful ... staff, food, service ... all exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

The hosts were exceedingly helpful.

The hosts were exceedingly helpful. Fernando picked me up from the airport (about 10km from the hotel) and brought me back there as needed. I had an extra day, and not having a car, Fernando and his wife took me all the way into downtown Quito to visit a museum and to get a feel for the city. They picked me up again exactly at the set time. They also ordered pizza for me because there are not many restaurants nearby. Fernando and his wife really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a number of houses German style, a swimming pool, and a lovely winter-garden like breakfast room with a lovely view of their beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent and just the right amount!

This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close...

This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close and easy access to the airport. I'm not aware of any particular activities in the immediate area. It's far from the city centre. We were being picked up to head out of town the next morning, so can't comment on the hotel's proximity to any activities or sightseeing. The taxi was only $10.00 and the drive was only about 15 minutes.

When arriving at the Quito Airport, there are only about 3 or 4 selections to stay at. The others are expensive, but this hotel is around $25-ishh a night, includes a small breakfast. Also, it includes one free airport ride. If you need a second ride to airport it is 4 minutes and $7 When you arrive in Quito Airport, you need to adjust to the altitude. The airport area hotels, especially if you arrive late at night, are a good way to start your trip and their altitude is a little below Quito city, so it is a preferred way to acclimate.

Neighbourhood close to the airport.

Neighbourhood close to the airport. Good for relaxing for a day after or before a long flight. It is close to the green canyon, which is nice for a walk. Many restaurants catering to tourist are there.

Pat makes you feel right at home with his warm hospitality. This coupled with the close proximity to the airport, and included transport makes this place a great value! Grateful for the comfortable bed! Highly recommend and will return!

The hotel is close to the airport, making it ideal to stay before or after a flight. So too in our case. At check-in we were nicely asked what time we checked out and what time we wanted breakfast. Also, the airport shuttle was included in the stay and we were nicely asked what time we wanted to leave from the hotel. Everything was neatly taken care of the following day and we got to the airport on time.
