We loved this place with an Cosy Alpine theme. The rooms were a great size, comfy beds and heated tile floors. Beautiful natural hot pools right outside your room which are open 24 hours to enjoy. Lots of privacy in nooks while sitting in the pools. We really enjoyed the food in the Restaurant and they were accommodating with gluten free options. Menu marked with allergens. We had fabulous massages in their spa too! Staff were pleasant and location in the valley was very unique. Would recommend if you are staying in Quito to visit this place fir a nature immersion. We enjoyed the open fire in the bar!

Julio as really sweet with check in and check out. The views are great and open fire was amazing. + Gas stove for cooking. Beds are also really comfortable. If you are looking for a traditional, rustic Ecuadorian experience then this is for you.

This place is so special. Oscar and his mum looked after us so so well - cooking us amazing trout dinner when we arrived late. So delicious we ate with them the second night, too. Oscar helped us decide what to do with our spare day with great suggestions. The lodge itself is wonderfully cozy with a fire. We had a hire car so made getting there very easy but the buses pass right next to it so that is possible too.

Everything!!! The staff, the style of the houses ( Alpine small wooden cabins) , the food, the location, the termal springs pool. Everything is so authentic in this hotel- the best one in Papallacta- I really recomend it !!
