Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

On our first night we had a concern but following morning, they apologized nicely.

The whole experience was great. The hotel is located very close to Calle La Ronda and just a few blocks away from the main spots in the historical center. It was super clean, the hotel is beautiful and everyone is very lovely. Viviane the receptionist is lovely and very helpful, and shoutout to Alex, the owner, love what you are doing with the place, keep up the good work.

I had a wonderful stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The property itself is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delicious variety to start each day. We felt very comfortable in the Hotel San Marcos. The location of the hotel in the old town of Quito is great. You can easily reach all sights on foot. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area. The beds are very comfortable. The shower has enough water pressure and hot water. Everything very clean. The breakfast is very varied and fine. The host gave us great tips for the onward journey in Ecuador.
