The hotel is very close to the airport & conveniently located. I left my power bank in the room. They sent me an email along with a photo, and I was able to collect it from the reception on my return to Quito about 15 days later! Don't know of many hotels that take care like this. The breakfast is elaborate and nice. Rooms are clean, quite and very comfortable.

We stayed here twice, once for one night before our trip to the Amazon, and then again after the Amazon and before the Galapogas. Its proximity to the airport is perfect for this kind of stop over stay. Large, clean, comfy rooms. Alpacas and a llama roaming around were a nice touch. Cheap, home cooked meals available for dinner. Nice grill a short walk from the hotel fro lunch. Airport transfer available for a fee.

What impressed me was that the moment we stepped out of the doors of the airport there was a holiday Inn Staff waiting for us with our names on the card. Then we were whisked to the hotel with zero delay and zero work in our part as the staff both of them helped with the luggage. So from the moment we came out of the gate until we were in our room we didn’t have to touch our luggage. Super friendly in a super modern building. Highly recommended.
