Overall, our 3-day stay was superb. Our arrival and settling-in was efficient. All the staff were nice and we especially enjoyed talking to our waiter at dinner.. We stayed in a very large garden-view bungalow suite, with windows on three sides, allowing breezes to flow through so we never needed to use the air-conditioning. The grounds are very pleasant, with short paths full of butterflies, and lots of birds. Every day we used the pool and also played in the sea in front of the hotel, and walked for about 20 min to the other end of the beach to have lunch at one of the beach-side restaurants there. We also walked (less than 20 min) into Macao village and would have tried the food there if we had stayed longer. Breakfast at the hotel was good and the dinner menu had enough variety for us. Ultimately what made our stay feel truly unique and luxurious was the quiet and the fact that there were very few other guests (there are only 9 rooms and some were not occupied). We felt almost alone, with the whole place to ourselves. What could be more luxurious than that!

The best thing about the property was the staff. receptionist was very welcoming, spoke Eng very well which made it easy to communicate whatever I needed. They even cleaned my room and let me enter earlier then the regular check-in hours and check out a bit later because my flight was as in late afternoon. The breakfast is modest, but was sufficient for me. I loved and couldn’t wait the morning to have fresh juice they made. Room and bathroom were very clean, smelled nice and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

No Wifi/Internet in the rooms, key card should be working all the time, Need English speaking Programs on TV, include reggae music, shower should maintain hot water during showering. put Drinks in the fridge. Money should always be available to make change for cash at the front desk.

You may go to Punta Cana for the nice weather, may be staying at a high end resort, not very impressed with the two beaches I visited (may be a private beach within a resort would be better). Very noisy town due to motorcycles . I was staying in the Bavaro area which is considered a safe area but I definitely do not recommend to walk the street, Every taxi, motorcycle and the motor tricycle would blow its horn to solicit for business, I even had one stalking me all the way and I did not understand what he wanted. Had to call for Uber even for a short distance travel, not a safe place to walk around.

If you like the beach come. The only place I found to walk was along the beach and the resort security guards would make sure you did not walk near any of their lounge chairs. I needed to stay near the water. There were lots of expensive activities to do.

You arrive at their airport and then go straight to your all...

You arrive at their airport and then go straight to your all inclusive. We never left the resort which is a 45 minute drive from the airport. Punta Cana is a strip of highly guarded hotels among poverty. It was too hot to golf so bring a good book or two.

I went to stay in Punta Cana for about one week, three nights in two different resorts. I honestly did not see a lot from the region at all because I did not leave the resorts, I mainly went there to relax in the sun by the pool and read a book. In both resorts the staff was working efficient and friendly, there was good food and enjoyable entertainment.

Location itself was just like other places in Punta Cana hotels area. But whole vibe like green grass, palm trees, villas directly if front of the beach was amazing. We loved the beach area, it was clean, well maintained and secured by security guards so no other than guest from Beach village could use it. Whole garden is really chilled and beautiful. Security guards polite and always happy to great us!

This hotel offers everything you could want in a Punta Cana getaway. We were just a short walk from Arena Gorda Beach, but the rooftop pool was so inviting that we spent most afternoons there. Our balcony overlooked a peaceful street, making it the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The variety of cuisines at the restaurant was amazing, my favorite was the Italian pasta.

This hotel truly offers the best of Punta Cana. Our studio had a terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the birds in the garden. The rooftop pool gave us gorgeous views over the ocean. We loved the convenience of being so close to Arena Gorda Beach. Dining at the outdoor restaurant was always a treat, especially with the fresh seafood.

Best rooms are the vips that are right on the beach, woth seperate beach access, really lovely views and but aside from the crowd. food was nice and premises clean and fresh. Its a huge hotel and can get very busy and crowded in breakfast and lunch, but food was always tasty
