This hotel is paradise on earth. apartment I stayed in was beautiful, with a modern kitchen and a cozy balcony. Local garden pool was calm, surrounded by tropical plants, and perfect for relaxing. The beach was so close, just a short walk through a charming neighborhood. staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I felt safe and cared for during my entire stay.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It’s quiet enough to relax but close to everything you might need. We felt pampered and peaceful the entire time.

Location itself was just like other places in Punta Cana hotels area. But whole vibe like green grass, palm trees, villas directly if front of the beach was amazing. We loved the beach area, it was clean, well maintained and secured by security guards so no other than guest from Beach village could use it. Whole garden is really chilled and beautiful. Security guards polite and always happy to great us!

The property is perfectly located in the center of the beach and directly on the beach. Rooms are big and spacious, bathroom as well. Awesome part was many places to chill and relax during the day, the rooftop pool was amazing (although some of the tiles are wearing off) with adjacent bar and kitchen, the other swimming pool area is also nice although small, but great loungers there. The beach area is also nice even though the bar on the beach is available only for the guests from adjacent hotel (we did not quite understand that, nor did anyone explain it to us), but they where serving us drinks for three days and than last day they where saying it is not for us. The first day we could swim in the sea, other days there was too much sea weed to enter and enjoy the water (we know this is Mother Nature's work) the workers where trying to clean it though. Food was ok, reasonably priced, we did not like the pizza (somehow it tasted sweet instead of salty). Wifi worked great here and everyone was nice (Johanna FO, Jolanda HSK, security guys, waiter at the pool)!

Beaches are absolutely amazing, the ocean is warm, the water is super clean and crystal clear! We did have some bad luck with hurricane melissa passing by and with that a couple of rainy/cloudy days. Otherwise its a fantastic place to spend your vacation!!

I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this place

Punta Cana is a lovely place.

Punta Cana is a lovely place. It would be nice to have public transportation buses to the Blue Mall etc. Lots to see and do here. It would be really nice to be able to book tourist sight seeing flights on helicopters and small planes. We did zip lining and visited the monkeys..both good experiences our parasailing was cancelled correctly due to the tropical storm. I always try to leave small tips for workers in the resorts. They are very appreciative of the money. It makes a difference.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana. Still undergoing a lot of building and construction, but it is a growing county. We stayed in Uvero Alto at the beginning of September. We did see plenty of seaweed but they do try to remove it daily. But for my liking the ocean is nice to see but due to the darker water and seaweed I didn't get in the water. Macoa beach was not impressive and they have many vendors that are extremely overpriced. Other than that you can walk along the beach, but plan to take your own food for the day or spend $25 per lb of fish or $30 per lb for lobster. Saona Island was beautiful, you see the blue Caribbean waters and white sand. This time we saw clear waters, but the first time there was a lot of seaweed.

I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice. The rest of the town is just a run down beach town geared for tourists. Poorly planned and even more poorly maintained. It's pretty much a smaller, dirtier version of Jacksonville, Florida.

The hotel was very beautiful, lovely flower, I felt safe with my daughter there. There were things to do at every corner of the ground and very nice entertainment at night. Very big hotel, drink and food all day long, there were things for children to partaking in and many other things to do. I would recommend for others to visit when they get a chance.

This was a great, and good value, apartment and we really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed. Sandy was a helpful and responsive host. The beach, and nice places to eat, are all around a 5 to 10 minute walk away. I'd recommend the nearby Villa Blanca beach club. Staying here gave us a somewhat more authentic experience of Punta Cana than the resort hotels.

The suite was perfect for us, with a dining area and kitchenette that made meals easy. The kids loved the pool, while we enjoyed the pool views from our terrace. Breakfast was varied enough to satisfy everyone’s preferences. The hotel’s free parking made it simple to explore Punta Cana by car. Its location right near Arena Gorda Beach was a huge plus.

The room was very nice and comfortable ☺️ the bathroom spacious.. balcony as well.. We did like it . The whole hotel is very luxurious and taken care everyday. The employes are making good job ! 👏 I liked the most the pool.. on the beach it was too much seaweed and i think this is normal for Punta Cana.
