It was very relaxed and had all the facilities needed

I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sam, the manager and one of the executive chefs, went above and beyond to ensure that my dad and I felt truly at home during our stay in Punta Cana/DR. Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Throughout our stay, Sam remained effortlessly accessible through WhatsApp, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and seamlessly. His unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile set this resort apart from others. Sam's personalized attention and genuine commitment made our experience exceptional, and we are grateful for the outstanding service he provided.

George and the staff felt like a family! We felt at home right away, and George told us how to get around, what to expect, where to eat, etc. When we asked about sim cards, he offered to drive us and get them right away, which he did. Extremely helpful, since we had just arrived in the country and hadn't gotten our bearings just yet. Every morning we got breakfast in the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The coffee was excellent, and the food was amazing; everything cooked right there by a very friendly woman. We got different tropical fruits like papaya, banana, melon, then followed up by scrambled eggs, toast, milk and juices. Perfect! One morning they made some Colombian breakfast cakes too, made of corn, cheese, and something delicious, fried in a pan. Kept us going the whole day:) They had some clothes lines out back where you could hang your clothes or towels from the beach. It is humid in this country, so eventually you will need to hang dry everything in the sun. Three beautiful and friendly dogs lay around in the shade all day, and greet you with wagging tails every time you pass them:) Also; The restaurant next door was super nice, with the friendliest staff. The grilled chicken is super good, and you can ask them for any additional spices or sides like you want it. Good rum, cold beer, great people. Everyone from the neighborhood gathered there on the evenings, and had food, drinks and a good time. These two places located on the same street made our stay in Macao perfect. The overall warm feeling of this place is amazing. 10 minute walk to the beach, where you can rent surfboards, or just lay in the natural shade of the mangroves and palm trees. Small shops for basic groceries or a bottle of rum and a beer. ATM just down the street. Perfect base for a couple of nights if what you need is peace, quiet, beach, and good food and people.The rooms are simple, but have good AC, which is very welcome in the humid and warm climate.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended resort. Professional kind friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love.the resort is very clean and exellent food with variety restaurants, everything on time. And thank to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Jose and the greatest receptionists at VIP lounge they push my statement to the next level with the best services. Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez. I did enjoy the Aqua Beach Club met amazing Angelo, Yuleisy, Delvin, Maximo, Agustin, Noelia and Kiara. See you soon guys.
