It was very relaxed and had all the facilities needed

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Thank you for your outstanding service – it truly made my stay memorable!

Ewerything was awesome. The personal was so kind and everytime was so helpful. The location of our rooms were perfect.

A bit remote located, near Coast and with lovely wieu over the beach and Bay. Top quality hotel in every aspect, food, service, bathroom product, towels, bathrobe etc. 9 hotel rooms capacity in total. Max 25 people can stay at this Hotel so you feel uniq and have personale contact to staff. Pool is Nice size and lovely surroundings.

George and the staff felt like a family! We felt at home right away, and George told us how to get around, what to expect, where to eat, etc. When we asked about sim cards, he offered to drive us and get them right away, which he did. Extremely helpful, since we had just arrived in the country and hadn't gotten our bearings just yet. Every morning we got breakfast in the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The coffee was excellent, and the food was amazing; everything cooked right there by a very friendly woman. We got different tropical fruits like papaya, banana, melon, then followed up by scrambled eggs, toast, milk and juices. Perfect! One morning they made some Colombian breakfast cakes too, made of corn, cheese, and something delicious, fried in a pan. Kept us going the whole day:) They had some clothes lines out back where you could hang your clothes or towels from the beach. It is humid in this country, so eventually you will need to hang dry everything in the sun. Three beautiful and friendly dogs lay around in the shade all day, and greet you with wagging tails every time you pass them:) Also; The restaurant next door was super nice, with the friendliest staff. The grilled chicken is super good, and you can ask them for any additional spices or sides like you want it. Good rum, cold beer, great people. Everyone from the neighborhood gathered there on the evenings, and had food, drinks and a good time. These two places located on the same street made our stay in Macao perfect. The overall warm feeling of this place is amazing. 10 minute walk to the beach, where you can rent surfboards, or just lay in the natural shade of the mangroves and palm trees. Small shops for basic groceries or a bottle of rum and a beer. ATM just down the street. Perfect base for a couple of nights if what you need is peace, quiet, beach, and good food and people.The rooms are simple, but have good AC, which is very welcome in the humid and warm climate.

The service was premium, everyone was super keen to ensure we had a great stay. Food was decent for an all-inclusive, the particular standout was the Miraflores Cevicheria - food, drinks, service and vibes were all fab. We ended up eating at Miraflores multiple times during our stay! The breakfast spread was so much more than we expected, there were also staff that made custom omelettes, crepes and chilaquiles. Room service was prompt, minibar contents were included in the all-inclusive price, and if anything needed fixing in the room, someone was sent asap. The bars also did not skimp on the drinks and made them strong! The VIP bar served more premium alcohols. After walking 3km up the beach, Live Aqua definitely had the best set up and chill vibes.

The location was perfect really close to the beach, green spaces very well treated and beautiful, the pool was huge, many restaurants - buffet and thematic restaurants - with huge variety and no limits, inclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, daily activities and night shows and small funny casino. The staff was very personal, educated and helpful, there was always somebody to help us. Also, there were securities everywhere, including at the beach. On the beach, there were lifeguards. Special compliment for JULIANA and JENNIFFER from the COCOA COFFEE BAR, very professional, educated and friendly, the best coffee from the Dominican Republic, my special thanks. There was kids club that included a big boat with water slide on mini pool, among other things.
