We drove to Stege and Mons Klint from Copenhagen - an easy drive and well worth the trip. We loved the GeoCenter and the cliffs themselves. We probably could have spent a little more time there to enjoy the many trails and time on the beach. We only had a few hours; a full day would have been better, but the time we had was well-spent. In the late evening/early morning we headed to Dark Sky Nyord to catch a glimpse of the amazing Milky Way and we were not disappointed! Stege itself had lots of nice food options. We enjoyed pizza at Restaurant Pizzeria Defino and were impressed by the bustling business they were doing. It's apparently quite popular with the locals too.

Since I was alone and had no neighbors, it was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. A hard bed is a big plus for me. Inside, it was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast, in itself, deserves the highest praise!!! The very fact that they make Øllebrød themselves. It was very tasty!! Good filter coffee was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you for that. The main building of the hotel is very hygge.

Very nice and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and allows to cook your own meal. Well situated in the centre of Stege, close to the water and a big parking lot, an original building made like a bridge. A very nice expérience overall

Nice room in an old house in the very center of Stege. The owners were very kind. Breakfast was a good start of the day. Just be aware of the steep stairs to the appartment. They are no problem for us but may be for elderly people.
