The town of Lemvig itself and the surrounding area, both up...

The town of Lemvig itself and the surrounding area, both up to the North Sea and to the nearby towns (including Thorsminde, Ferring, Ulfborg, Herning, Holstebro, Silkeborg, and Nykøbing), were excellent. We hiked about 8-10 km daily. As a culinary novelty, we enjoyed "Stjerne Skuld" twice.

Beautiful town, we come there every year.

Beautiful town, we come there every year. Always down to the world's sweetest fixer and have lunch. To the butcher and cheesemonger and do some shopping for the evening. Lovely town to walk around, there are playgrounds for children, always nice people we meet on our way and just lovely nature.

Lemvig is a good starting point for trips in the area, to Thy with Nr. Vorupør, Agger and Thyborøn, to Thorsminde and Bovbjerg and several other beautiful places. The landscape is beautiful with heather-covered hills, lakes and grazing cattle. And Cafe Larsen in Lemvig is always worth a visit.

Lemvig is a cozy town with a very beautiful location down to the water. The town is quite hilly with beautiful views. There are a number of restaurants and a lively street and plenty of offers for tourists in the form of walking routes with a cultural twist.

There is really a lot to see in Lemvig - unfortunately we...

There is really a lot to see in Lemvig - unfortunately we only made it to the churches (but they are also a must-see weather) and cafes, as it rained and stormed so much that we couldn't go outside! But we will take revenge for "SanktHans" next year. Wise from injury, we book 3 nights this time!

It lived up to my expectations, but I was disappointed that the Museum of Religious Art was closed. This was only announced on their website after I had booked an extra night.

The accommodation consists a traditional farmhouse building bordering a beautiful courtyard paved with cobblestones. Absolute calm and comfy rooms and beds. Good fish restaurant called La Mar in neighbouring Thyboron.
