The staff, large rooms, electric car charging, parking, the breakfast and how they resolved a problem quickly and very nicely. We were staying 4 nights, after the first night a leak appeared on the ceiling. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and it meant my brother whose wedding we had come to could get ready there too!

Very nice hotel offering all that you might need no matter if you're there for vacation or work. Beautiful sight, definitely worth seeing. Bikes available for hotel guests are a nice touch. Very good breakfast. We were leaving very early in the morning, the hotel staff prepared for us sandwiches and water to go. 100% recommend this place.

A city famous for its castle. Otherwise, classic countryside, from the point of view of gastronomy, nothing that would in any way stand out above the Danish standard. Bad taxi service, quite problematic for those who don't come by car.

Hillerød has a lot to offer, but the church is sumptuously beautiful and must be experienced. We were there for a christening and had therefore only booked one night. We ate at Gonzales Cantina which is a good and foreign-looking restaurant

We had the room from 2pm but it wasn't ready until 2.33pm.

We had the room from 2pm but it wasn't ready until 2.33pm. The booking said room with terrace on the ground floor, we got a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast was ok. Simple Continental. The restaurant had a very small selection so we ate out in town

The castle is well-maintained, surrounded by a beautiful park and pond. I didn't have the opportunity to visit and learn about the history, but the view from the outside is impressive. The dining options (restaurants) offer a wide selection, including the tried-and-true Rib House, which offers generous, large, and delicious portions. Royal Taste also offers a first-class selection and freshness of sushi.

The flat was homely with cosy lightning. The kitchen was fine with ample cutlery and plates and plenty of equipment such as coffee maker, air fryer, toastie maker, two electric elements and a microwave oven. Even if Pegasus no longer offers breakfast, milk, cereals, tea and coffee was on offer. Outside was a small decking with chairs which made a cosy place for an evening drink. Anita was very helpful and genuine. It was in a quiet location a little outside of Hillerød which worked very well for us as we had our own transport.

Nice and clean hotel, quiet rooms and confortable beds. However, breakfast was very limited, and also in the room there was not possibility for coffee or tea, not even water.
