The building and rooms look very new, and the room itself is quite spacious. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were very friendly. Since we have different sleeping habits, they even provided us with an extra single duvet, which was very thoughtful.There’s a bar on the ground floor where people gather to chat—it creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

we did not buy breakfast. at the hotel we bought fried patota for kids and it was pretty delicious. I love their hospitality and welcoming us. the way they speak was nice and i travel a lot and compare with the rest of the world. it was clean and nice. enough space to sleep. we did not specn much time a the hotel other than resting. we stayed with 3 kids and got 2 rooms. love it.

We were travelling with a family of 4 to Söll in Austra. We decided to leave on Friday so that we could pass München on Friday, and arrive early in Söll on Saturday. We arrived late at night at 21.00 h, and informed the reception by phone we would arrive late. She stayed waiting and kept the 2 rooms free for us. We had a very good sleep, and left next morning at 9.15. Hotel is also close to the highway towardsAustria.

Good location but just the minimum in terms of service. Ok, it is rather cheap but we have experienced much better for less money! (TV out of order / not even a spoon in the room and charged when asked to use one.... )

Me and my friend's family we had booked 3 rooms in all...

Me and my friend's family we had booked 3 rooms in all including breakfast. We had our train from the local station at 0725 and therefore our plan was to eat breakfast at 0630 and walk to the station in good time. Since we were travelling with 5 kids, this was the best way we could manage our long day of journey ahead to Denmark. However, since there was no breakfast available at the hotel, our plan was totally jeopardized. We had to in hurry buy the available food from the train station and it was totally inadequate for our kids. When calling up the reception number, we were informed that the breakfast will be served to us at a another hotel 1.5 kilometres away. This was not okay. We paid for breakfast at the hotel where we slept and not at another location.

Around the hotel is not a tourist area and is mainly a business park with lots of larger shops and supermarkets. No restaurants are close by just a bakery/ cafe. 10 min walk to train station and 30 mins to get into centre of Munich.

Nice small town seemed very safe.

Nice small town seemed very safe. Easy public transport links both locally and to the city. In a short walk from accommodation we saw small clear river with many fish, An outdoor swimming complex and a football arena. Looked like a nice place to live.

A lovely, almost village-like atmosphere just outside Munich. Everything you need is within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, various restaurants). Excellent S-Bahn (suburban train) connection (still part of "Zone M").

Lovely hotel, with a very spacious and comfortable room, and a good breakfast. The staff are professional and friendly. If you want to go to the center of Munich, you can take the S-Bahn and then the U-Bahn. There's both outdoor and underground parking available. Nearby, there's a small town center with a few restaurants, and several other good places to eat within walking distance. All in all, I highly recommend it.

I have been staying at this hotel every Christmas period for a few years already and it was always good, the hotel reception has been renovated and looks posh with a bar and restaurant facility which looks nice , the rooms have also been renovated with new furniture to match the look of the reception and restaurant so the whole hotel looks wonderful now.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. We had a fairly spacious room, with large beds and a pull-out sofa. The room was bright, clean, spacious. There are desks for work, as well as convenient cabinets for storing things. a pretty good option compared to the prices of other offers in Munich

The reception staff was very accommodating as she made a room available for us before their check in time as we had come after a long flight. Very good and helpful directions were given as we were using public transport to reach the hotel. Excellent breakfast!
