Exceptionally good stay. Easy access, room and bathroom perfectly clean, well equipped, very much appreciated kettle and coffee-making facility in the room. Breakfast was included and it is very good!! Train station and shops at walking distance, though not around the corner. Highly recommended.

The location was great, handy for local bus stop and also the train station. Easy to walk 5 mins into the town centre for restaurants, shops and bars. Very friendly reception and staff. Very comfortable rooms Breakfast was very, very good great selection of food, coffee and tea.

This is not a 5star hotel, it’s a B&B and comparable with similar hotels. Our experience was AMAZING! The best customer service from the 1st contact to the last minute. Very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, we wouldn’t hear any noise from other rooms/lift/lobby/train/etc, and the room temperature was optimal for a good sleep. The free parking is a great extra. The location is simply the best - safe, next to the train station and Troisdorf city center. The breakfast had more than the basic choices and was fresh. Fair price for what they offer, we will choose it again!

Did a last minute booking on the road, we arrived quite late in the evening to the hotel only to realise that we booked the wrong dates. The staff was very understanding rebooked us without any complications. The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

It was an easy train ride, less than 20 minutes, three stops from Cologne/Bonn airport to Troisdorf. Then a five minute walk to Hotel Primula. it’s a cozy hotel, with everything within easy walking distance. I was greeted by Mr. Eissa Nabil, an Excellent Host, who went out of his way to make sure I understood where the restaurants were located, and he was happy to translate German to English for me! He felt more like a good friend, rather than hotel host. The bed was incredibly comfortable…..and I had two excellent nights sleep! I ate two delicious meals one at Ju Ju, an Asian Cuisine as well as a variety of Hearty German specials.. it was a plate of wonderful food, enough for two people! The second night I ate incredible Pizza at Il Giorgio, only a few blocks from Hotel Primula. they had a lovely setting in the back garden among Olive trees and grape vines under a series of open umbrellas….real Italian food…..welcoming staff…… I was having trouble walking but after a 90 minute Thai Massage, I felt like a young man again, and could move on without my cane. It a tiny place, diagonally from the old church, look for the High steeple. I wish I could have stayed longer

A beautiful suburb with friendly and hospitable people.

A beautiful suburb with friendly and hospitable people. On the few occasions that I lost my way or jumped out of the bus way before reaching my destination, passers-by came in handy, and listened patiently to my inquiries about direction. There is no doubt that the neighborhood is professionally planned and marked, with bus stops within distance of each other. I will miss Troisdorf and definitely visit again whenever there will be another opportunity to do so

Ok for a short stop off for a long journey. No evening restaurant so had to order Pizza takeaway. reception have a list of places to eat locally but how to get there is a different matter. Also it is hard to tell how good they are.

Excellent location between Cologne and Bonn, very clean town centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Excellent transport facilities, Koln / Bonn airport close by and greet bus and train services.

A chic town worth visiting,

A chic town worth visiting, Plan your stay in advance because from one hour to the next Booking com will change the price as you wish, I booked a room for 57 euros for Monday, on Sunday I checked for Tuesday and Wednesday from home the prices were the same, on the same platform * Booking com * but when I got there surprise other prices for Tuesday and Wednesday double = 109 euros, half hotel full, Shameful Booking com!!!!!

We used this as our sleeping base for Phantasialand trip, so everything that I was expecting from the hotel was there: parking lot, comfy beds with nice bathroom and etc. There is a great restaurant on the other side of the street, which is worth checking out.

Warm welcome on arrival and secure underground parking at the rear of the hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Good selection of food for breakfast. Excellent service throughout our stay at the hotel.
