Excellent hotel. Tip: inquire beforehand whether the restaurant is open in the evenings if you'd like to use it. There are restaurants nearby, but they're a bit scattered and not easy to find.

Since we were only passing through, here's a brief summary...

Since we were only passing through, here's a brief summary of Stuhr! Very clean with lots of countryside and hiking trails. Small lake! Very easy to reach from the motorway! The city of Bremen is about 40 km away. The hotel room was good, although the bathroom was a bit small! Breakfast was more than adequate (very good). And the restaurant is also highly recommended with very good food.

Perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. You have a direct view of the farm where you can buy fresh milk, eggs, etc., 24 hours a day. We ate at Rossini's, an Italian restaurant with good food or you can just stop for ice cream. It's a 10-minute walk away. You can get bread rolls from the bakery, which is 750 meters away – a short walk, but a stone's throw by car.

A lovely, flower-filled village worth discovering.

A lovely, flower-filled village worth discovering. However, we didn't have time to enjoy it as we only had one night there as a stopover during our journey through Denmark. Observations: a room booked for 3 adults and... surprise upon arrival: 2 separate bedrooms with a shower room and toilet, just like at home, at the end of the corridor!

It was right next to the motorway and was perfect for us as we were travelling on early in the morning. We also traveled with a small dog and they had left water/food bowls and a mat for him in the room along with a bag of treats which was a lovely touch. It's a great hotel for passing by but perhaps not for a longer stay, it's next to an area with petrol stations, fast food chains etc.

A good overnight stop close to the motorway. We were in a very large, comfortable room with a kitchenette in an annexe just a short walk from the hotel on a pathway through their additional parking field. The room and very large bathroom were spotlessly clean. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good and there was a good breakfast.
