Superb stay. Friendly family run guesthouse. Beautifully situated, driving through the forest to get here. Beautiful views. Large clean spacious room leading to a large shared terrace that can be partitioned for privacy. Room no.4 had tea, coffee facilities, sofa and table and a large, clean bathroom. No fridge in the bedroom, but water and drinks available from shared fridge in the landing. A lovely touch when holidaying in Germany. Breakfast was delicious with choice of meats, cheese, jams, fresh bread rolls and juice, and their scrambled eggs were the best ever! Beautiful restaurant also for an evening meal. We had the steak, and their grilled meat plate. Homemade fries and more fresh vegetables would have been more appreciated on the plate rather than just shop bought fries. However the meat was perfectly cooked. Dessert was delicious. Great choice of wine available.

A very nicely situated, furnished, and organised guest house. The staff were friendly and the (bath)room was nice. The single bed is also fine for me, given the reduced price. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared, though only starts at 08:00 on the weekends.

Very clean, spacious, cozy room. Friendly staff. Very nice location with different outdoor activities, also there is a playroom for kids inside. Good dinner (no a la carte though) and breakfast. We stayed only for one night, but definitely would stay for longer.

The part that I like most about this property was the people that run it.. I believe there was a gentleman, his mother and father who run this property, but I'm not so sure if they were related. We arrived in pretty bad weather and they welcomed us for the smile even though they said that their English was limited - I could understand them completely .. they offered us an evening meal and breakfast free of charge... so very friendly towards our dogs... if we ever drive back in this direction again, we will definitely stop here very reasonably priced as well
