Positioned right in the heart of the city, mere moments from the train station, its location couldn't have been more convenient. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly accommodating; they swiftly arranged a room change when I mentioned my requirement for a workspace. Moreover, breakfast was a highlight in itself, with options like an industrial juicer for crafting your own smoothies. Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent, thanks to the attentive staff and unbeatable location.

An amazing hotel with a truly unique concept — everything is designed to resemble a prison, and the execution is absolutely brilliant! The idea is creative and fun, and the attention to detail makes the experience unforgettable. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around. This stay left a lasting impression on us, and we’ll definitely remember it for a long time. Highly recommended to everyone looking for something different and memorable!

Our stay was short, but we had a wonderful time at the Bootshaus Amberg. Rooms decorated with taste and attention to details, beautiful views from the window, delicious breakfast and friendly service. I definitely recommend!

This hotel has an indoor pool, tennis courts and a large beer garden. It stands in the Oberpfälzer Wald Forest, on the edge of the Bavarian Forest.
