We were positively surprised by this hotel, which we chose considering distance to Würzburg, price, easy parking and air conditioning. We appreciated possibility of late check-in (after prior agreement with hotel reception you can arrive at any time). We enjoyed cleanliness of the hotel, really spacious room, spacious breakfast area with variety of choice. We notice a lot of nice eqiupment of the hotel - outside terrace with barbecue area, conference rooms, restaurants etc. Highly recommended! Best value to price ratio in Würzburg area!

Lovely owners and lovely hotel within easy walking distance of city center. Very clean hotel and comfy big room. Wi-Fi is good. Even though near road it is still very quiet. Parking is tight and limited but owner text to say available before arrival which was very thoughtful. I would definitely stay again as the owners are so nice and make you feel so welcome.

Amazing Hotel, this hotel was recommended by a new friend from Salzburg and to our delight she was spot on with how central the hotel was but more importantly how amazing the staff are. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even when we forgot to checkout and they simply provided us with the same rooms for another night with absolute no fuss. (Thank you Robert). Wurzburg was an amazing city to explore and Hotel One the best place to stay.

It was one of the best ever hotels we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Quite honestly a great place. Paid as we left not upfront. The continental breakfast was great, fresh and plentiful. A man, assume husband/ spouse carried our overnight suitcase to our car that was parked in their garage! Never had service like that before. Granted, there’s not much to do in the small village but that’s exactly what we wanted, somewhere to rest on the drive from Vienna to our home in Kent. Will use again on our annual trip to Austria.
