The hotel is on a hill, about 30 minutes on foot from the old town. Some rooms overlook the old town, the other rooms overlook the forest. It has a big restaurant with nice view onto the town. It was full of people on Sunday evening around 7 p.m., so we couldn't park in front of the hotel, we had to park about 100 meters away in the same street. After 8 p.m. we could find a parking lot at the hotel. Anyway, it has big parking area. The room is very nice with modern furniture, it looks newly renovated. The bathroom has a sliding glass door, it is a bit strange. The whole hotel is quite modern, very clean and quiet at night. Breakfast is from 6.30, it has wide and high quality selection of cold meal and drinks. The lady at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Historic Ravensburg is rightly famed for its many medieval towers and gates - but these are closed in winter. Walk up the hill to the Veitsberg for views over the town and surroundings. There are several traditional restaurants offering local Swabian food - try the Mohren and the Engel. Museums are varied and suitable for all ages. Bus and rail services go in all directions to many places of interest - "must see" places are Weingarten Basilica, bustling Lindau and the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen. Smaller towns are also worth a visit - try Aulendorf, Bad Wurzach, Biberach and busy Meersburg.

Recommended for short stays on the way, where your children at least can stay in fresh air and swim if the weather is nice. Food - great, signalization in the complex - poor. Make sure to get the right facility to hang around with animals - we ended up in the neighbor's, and it wasn't pleasant. Staff - great. Integration in the surroundings - poor. It's a modern hotel that doesn't belong to the village. It's not a farm anymore. It's a nice hotel though. Accommodation - good, beds are comfy, rooms are fairly equipped. Bathroom and toilet - great.

Beautiful cozy historic city centre. Great atmosphere with small restaurants caffe bars with outside seatings. From hill where you can reach easy walk in 15 min you will have amazing view over the sity and see all 10 towers guarding city. Recommend for sure.

Beautiful old town, larger than I expected but very walkable if a little hilly. Great views from the various towers. Very good market on Saturday morning, but almost everything closed on Sunday. An easy drive or short train trip to Friedrichshafen and its lake side attractions.

Ravensburg is a really attractive city and worth a two night stay or as a central location for other tours. The town itself has a laid back relaxed feel with plenty of restaurants and bars in the centre and they are nearly always full. The town has plenty of history and the sites to match. The location not far from Lake Constance is also ieal as a holiay base.

This hotel was located at the heart of the city. It's a walking distance to shops and cafe. The room was fit for 3 person. They have sauna, unfortunately I did not have time to try it. Wide selection for breakfast. The have a dedicated parking spot which was about 5-9 mins walk from the hotel. We just need to pay at the hotel once.
