This was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. We needed somewhere to break a journey and couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this hotel. Lovely country setting, amongst its own kitchen garden. The dinner was excellent, in both the food and the ambience. There were only a very few guests but there was still an excellent buffet breakfast. We felt like house guests rather than customers. Finally, it was exceptional value - worth much more than we paid.

Cute hotel on top of the hill. The view is beautiful from the restaurant and if you get a room on the right side. Staff were very nice, breakfast good, free parking. Overall great value for money.

I arrived late in the evening, but check in with the KeyBoy was SUPER easy. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. I appreciate that the staff had left out bottles of water for the guests. Easy parking, easy access from the autobahn.

A lovingly restored barn turned multi-generational hotel - you can tell how much thought has gone into the design - the beds are super comfortable. Nature is in and around the location, which makes waking up particularly amazing. The rooms are really interesting to explore as the features of the old barn have been integrated into the design - the troughs the cattle used to drink from is just one example. The food is also something to write home about - special mention to the schnitzel and the homemade bread. Highly recommended!
