Exceeded our expectations. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Being across from train station on busy street, it is both convenient and noisy. However, with sound proof windows, we found it to be quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable. Staff, with one exception, was friendly and helpful....especially Tim, and another woman from Albania. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place...with lots of shops and restaurants, and harbour where you can catch ferry in anywhere on the lake...and a great view of the lake too!. Breakfast was excellent ( extra cost ).

The hotel just a little bit outside the city, and it turned out to be a great choice. With a car, getting into the center was no problem at all—traffic was light and parking was simple. In fact, being away from the busy downtown made the stay much more peaceful. A rich buffet breakfast with fresh breads, cheeses, olives, eggs, and seasonal fruit made for the perfect start to each day. Coffee was strong and tasty, and everything felt well-prepared. The hotel itself was modern, very clean, and the staff were helpful without being overbearing. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. Parking on-site was free and safe, which is always important when traveling with a car.

The position of the hotel is overlooking a fabulous lake. They have a lovely outdoor restaurant with outdoor lights for evening meals and it looks amazing. The room was lovely and clean and overlooked a courtyard below. Bathroom was clean and bright. Staff were lovely and friendly at the front desk and checking is was easy and fast. It is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and lovely wine bars overlooking the lake. The breakfast was vast and plentiful, it had everything you could ask for. It was a good hotel (I was in Ibis Styles Konstanz). Newly renovated inside and great reception + bar. Always coffee, tea, water and drinks (included in the price). The room had everything you need, the room itself was newly renovated. Opposite there is a shop and cafe. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center, you can also walk or rent a bike (the city is small).
