This is the first time I stayed in this hotel/hotel chain and I must say that it made a good impression on me. We chose it because we wanted a hotel near the central train station for our onward journey. (From the Frankfurt airport, it was around 20 minutes to this hotel by taxi (We had heavy luggage). We paid 40 euro for the cab ride, but one could take a bus instead, which costs much less.) Check in was at 3pm but we were able to check in at 11 am (we paid an extra 20euro). We are a couple who stayed overnight in this hotel. I like that this hotel values customer needs and comfort and gives you the value of your money, more than its profits alone. This hotel feels like it is a luxurious hotel even if they charge middle range prices. The staff are courteous and happy to serve you. The heater in the room works well. The water pressure in the shower is perfect and it is easy to operate the shower to get the perfect water temperature. The beds are extra comfortable, and the pillows too ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The sheets are fresh and crisp. I did not not have an allergic rhinitis attack, meaning the room has been thoroughly cleaned! The breakfast is very good. There is even an ironing board and iron in the room which is super! It is also nearby a bus station (across the street) that can take you to the Frankfurt Central Train Station fast. From the Frankfurt Central Train Station, you can get a U bahn to Romer. The day we went 19 Dec, there was a Christmas Market in Romer. This Premier Inn is right next to Frankfurt Messe, and a shopping mall. There is also a steak house called Block House beside the hotel that serves great steaks (since 1968). In the shower, one had the choice of shampoo/body wash - lavander for night time to relax, and a wake me up shampoo in the morning or if you want to feel perky at night. There is a DHL office right in front of this hotel. Thank you for letting us stay in your hotel. Sa uulitin po.
