The Villa really exceeded my expectations! The host is really friendly and easy to communicate with on Whatsapp. We had everything needed, very good equiped kitchen. Very specious, all the amenities you need are offered and very clean. The neighbourhood is quite and you have a private parking right in front. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel am Schlossplatz. We were met at the front desk by the lovely owner of the hotel, she checked us in, took our breakfast requests and showed us to our room. The room was huge, with high quality finishes, and nice furnishings, bed covers etc. There was a fridge in the room, intercom, 2 large wall mounted TVs and if you visit in winter you won't be cold - the room had three very large new wall radiators with digital thermostats. Very nice bathroom with great lighting and also with a large wall mounted towel heater. The bed was huge and so comfortable, pillows and linens, towels etc were super clean and new and the room was very quiet. There were coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast which was delivered to our room was excellent and more than adequate. Such a lovely stay. Thankyou!

The hotel is situated in a quiet village, a short drive away from the Hohenzollern Schloss which was the purpose of our visit. The hotel had been recently re-furbished and was spotlessly clean throughout with some interesting features. I was surprised to find a lift, something I have not come across in a building so old. There was a sauna and other facilities available to guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. The restaurant served a varied menu of local fare. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We actually didn't spend much time in the town of Mössingen.

We actually didn't spend much time in the town of Mössingen. My "too short" response is based specifically on the Bäck Stage Hotel and Restaurant. The hotel was convenient to places in the surrounding area that we wanted to visit (Burg Hohenzollern, Tübingen, the Swabian Alb.) Our impressions of the town of Mössingen after 2 quick drive-throughs were neutral: not particularly interesting or attractive, but nothing really negative either.

Sweet little town, lovely people, lots of beautiful nature around and very good food. You can walk everywhere! I loved going to the Olga-Höhe and walk around the old orchards- great view of the valley below and not a single person for miles. Amazing 🤩

A charming small town with nice shopping but few (open) restaurants. A good base for exploring the surrounding area. Good train connections to Tübingen and Hohenzollern Castle is a 15-minute drive away.

Me,my boys and me were picked up at the Mössingen Railway station by mr. Fechner. Goes without saying,that he and his wife speak excellent german, but their english is also very good, which was of great advantage for my boys. My boys (11 and 13) liked that the flat was spacious, well equipped and clean. TV and internet worked very good ! We can really recommend the place and would certainly choose it again on another ocassion.

We found this hotel when visiting the surrounding region for a short weekend trip. It is super modern and has everything you need including a great breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is unfortunately not given, so please stay as motivated and kind! 🙂

The place was way better than expected. I expected a mini hotel on top of a bakery but the rooms were 4 star quality and the bakery turned out to be a very great restaurant + bar with an outstanding service. Very nice place to hang out with your colleagues and friends.
