Centre of town. Dedicated parking area. Staff extremely welcoming. Very helpful to my non-german speaking wife. Excellent evening meal and morning buffet. Bitburg centre was a joy to be in. Happy families and young children walking and playing until it started to get dark.

A lot of people staying here seem to have some sort of mean plan. We did not, we chose from the menu and the (German) food was pretty good, we had a meat and a vegetarian option. We had some German beers and wines after dinner and stayed in a room that was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Great staff.... Jan was excellent making sure all was good. The food was plentiful and good value. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar served Bitburger which is good as the brewery is just down the road!! All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel as well as my 10 travelling companions.
