as my flight to Berlin was delayed I arrived in the hotel around 0115h (early morning) - as the hotel doesn't offer a 24/7 front desk I contacted the hotel upfront and was welcomed by a very friendly and supportive night auditor. He checked me in immediately, explained about the breakfast and I was finally ready to go. This was an excellent service! Service at breakfast was friendly as well. The breakfast is fresh and extensive.

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The owner provided all the instructions on how to access the apartment. It was very clean. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here once more.
