the staff is absolutely fantastic, specially the man that helped us to check in and was always helpful and caring for our needs! our little boy usually doesn’t like new places at first but he was super comfortable here! food at the restaurant is very good quality and taste, despite being a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for! everyone super friendly! garage was also very convenient! thanks a lot!

Once again the staff at Super 8 Chemnitz were very welcoming and a small issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The location is central with easy connections and lots of bars and restaurants around Super clean and comfortable rooms too if the stay.

We arrived before the official check-in time but our room was ready. We booked a parking space and were easily navigated to it by the girls atthe reception. The room was on the 6th floor, it was neat and spacious with panoramic windows. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast in the morning offered a great variety of food. I certainly recommend this hotel

A beautiful place in a great location.

A beautiful place in a great location. There's a lovely castle and a baroque castle garden. The Laemmel castle inn invites everyone to linger. There's a bus stop in the village. Hiking trails along the Zschopau River are available. Harrasfelsen rock formation and much more await you. A visit to our home region is a must.

The castle and the exhibitions are worth seeing, but the information regarding pricing, especially during the holidays and for the pumpkin exhibition, was sometimes misleading. Maps and informational materials were unavailable, a fact lamented by older visitors who, unlike us, did not have internet access.

A magnificent, picturesque, and beautifully maintained...

A magnificent, picturesque, and beautifully maintained Baroque park with a large, very well-preserved palace. Several excellent restaurants are located nearby. Parking is unfortunately limited. Ideally, you should stay overnight and use the hotel parking lot. In the mornings, the palace park is wonderfully quiet – you practically have it to yourself.

This beautiful park is always worth a long day's stroll. Even if you've been there before, the Vltava River and the water features at the far end of the park are a delightful highlight. The app's explanations also provide interesting background information.

Amazing service. When you arrive at this location at 20:00 nobody will accommodate you. There’s no personnel in this hotel. After numerous attempts to reach administration by phone or by any other means we were forced to look for another hotel.
