We absolutely loved everything about this location! The apartment is so comfortable, extremely well equipped, and comes with a beautiful green garden with comfy sitting areas. Very quiet area so good for cycling.

Very quiet area so good for cycling. The bakery opposite is excellent with great bread , cakes and coffee. Ideal for a short break or stopover. I had two nights to break the journey across europe. Some caves to visit nearby. Spotlessly clean village, well maintained.

We booked this hotel earlier as a stopover on our way to Austria. It's ideal, not far, but far enough from the highway. There's ample parking, excellent Wi-Fi, good bed, quiet surroundings, a beautiful bathroom, and a very good breakfast. Tip: don't fill up on the highway, but in the village.

In Laichingen and the surrounding area, there are many castles and ruins to visit. The Blautopf (Blue Pot) is also nearby, and there's something for everyone. Whether hiking, climbing, jogging, or just relaxing – everything is possible, and the landscape is very inviting.

The hotel is located in Feldstetten, a small village near Laichingen. I didn't actually go to Laichingen itself, so I can't comment on the town. Feldstetten is a charming little village. Highly recommended for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, relaxation, and who enjoy hiking, cycling, and nature.

The landscape around the former Münsingen military training...

The landscape around the former Münsingen military training area is fantastic. Beautiful and safe paths have been created here. I wish there were many more trails through this unspoiled nature. Unfortunately, all the paths are paved, which isn't very pleasant for hikers...

I've stayed at this hotel in better conditions.

I've stayed at this hotel in better conditions. No internet, walls and elevator covered in graffiti and/or cracks. Uncomfortable pillows. Lack of follow-up regarding the cleaning of breakfast tables. Over three trips to this hotel in two months, I never encountered the same staff.

A large hotel in a traditional German villagviduale. It was very pleasant and looked attractive with many flowers but it was not very welcoming. We had to wait in reception for someone to check us in. Our room was average with a lovely view over a flat roof! We ate in the restaurant which was ok and breakfast was plentiful Overall, it seemed to be a hotel used by coach parties and individual travellers were merely tolerated We were going to stay here again on our return journey from Austria, but cancelled

Not much to complain about, really. The rooms are good value for money and I think the hotel is a great option for those in transit through Baden-Württemberg. There's no noise coming from roads or industrial compounds or anything like that. The nearby town of Ulm is worth a visit. The overall score is 9 - excellent (I reserve 10 for absolutely exceptional stays at wonderful locations with non-standard infrastructure).
