When you look for Hannover, the red line will come up. This is right on the red line. The red line is a route to explore the city painted on the walkway. The staff was exceptional (the person we interacted with was awarded and I concur). The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean. The place is convenient to walk and explore the city. We also enjoyed our coffee breakfast. The lobby is very comfortable and enjoyable to sit and relax.

Staff was extremely courteous, specially Ms. Laura at the front desk. Always smiling. I missed my connection and had to stay in the lobby for a few hours after check out. Laura helped me out by offering coffee and making me feel welcomed. Her customer service attitude was 5 Star! I visit Domotex every year and will definitely return. Property is newly renovated.
