I can't say good enough things about this place. Lovely location, looks straight out of a movie. Super comfortable room and bed, with the cutest balcony. You open the window and hear the water in the stream. The sauna was great. The dinner and breakfast are a 7-minute walk away which is overall lovely (it was a little annoying at night in the dark because I wasn't sure of the way and ended up walking on the road, but you can actually go near the river and it's a much nicer walk). Reception staff were so so nice and helpful, restaurant staff as well. My only complaint is that I should have stayed longer!! I've seen this mentioned but I'll reiterate - breakfast is amazing. So many choices for tea, nutriblenders to make smoothies, oat and almond milk, I was super impressed. I wish there were some croissants but that's a personal preference - there were tons of other bread and cake choices. I loved the 4-course dinner as well. I plan to go back as soon as I can!

The staff were friendly, the hotel is in a beautiful village on the Elbe, Tesla charge point worked perfectly (there's also a public charger in the local parking lot). The bar and restaurant were great and breakfast was very good.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming small hotel. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing all the comfort we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s quiet, intimate atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We also appreciated the attention to detail, from the delicious breakfast to the thoughtful local recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable stay with a personal touch! It's very close to nice walking trails. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking beautiful nature and peaceful horses grazing nearby.

This is a really lovely hotel with large rooms, a nice bathroom, a terrace with view over the river. It is a little confusing because the hotel is separate to reception, but otherwise really lovely inside. We had a drink at the reception bar/restaurant which has an incredible view over the river. It is a luxurious stop for those walking the Malerweg. The hotel also has access to a sauna in town, which was our favourite sauna experience of the week - absolutely would recommend, it was quiet and relaxing.

Excellent apartment, very clean and lots of spaces. The owners have carefully planned and had all the items that a family needs. I didn't meet anyone in person but the check-in and check out was smooth and we had lots of privacy. It was as if we were the only family living there. Parking is good, instructions from the owner are quite clear. My kids and family enjoyed the stay thoroughly. If we are here again we will not look at any other apartment.
