The house is new and is very attractive and comfortable. It is bright and light, very well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. The whole house was spotless. It is a quiet location, easy to get to and find and good links to and via the motorway. Corinna was very friendly, helpful and informative - and very quick to respond to messages! She met us with the electronic key as we'd arranged and showed us everything. There was even coffee and tea for us to use!

We enjoyed Grimma; you can really enjoy nature and take...

We enjoyed Grimma; you can really enjoy nature and take walks along the Mulde River. What we found disappointing was that the beer garden at the Schiffmühle (ship mill) was closed for vacation at that time, as were the snack bar and the other attached establishment. You could only get a beer or a glass of sparkling wine from a vending machine. Many guests were very disappointed.

Until now, I'd only heard about Grimma through the bad news of the floods. It's incredible how high the water rose in the town, and now there's no sign of it. My utmost respect to all the town's residents. The old town is absolutely beautiful.

Grimma is always worth a visit.

Grimma is always worth a visit. The scenery is wonderful for hiking and cycling. Leipzig, a great city, is also easily accessible. And after the two floods in 2002 and 2013, the way the city was beautifully restored is truly impressive. The photo exhibition on this topic at the suspension bridge is well worth seeing.

Grimma became famous due to the Mulde River floods. The town has been beautifully restored and is well worth a visit. The surrounding area and the Mulde Cycle Path are also highly recommended. Unfortunately, there are few restaurants, and it's advisable to check opening times in advance (only the Greek restaurant is open on Mondays, and it was overwhelmed with customers during my visit).

A charming little town with all essential amenities. A good selection of restaurants, many pleasant little shops in the old town, all easily accessible on foot; lovely cycling tours are possible in summer.

A charming little town, compact center, almost everything within walking distance, including plenty of bike paths. All essential amenities are available. The apartment was quiet despite its central location.

Hotel is located on a lovely square. Hotel does not have its own car park but you can park on the square or streets around the hotel. Rooms are above the pub hence some noise is expected. Room was refurbished, spacious and clean, bathroom was clean. Wifi very good. We have not eaten there as we were leaving .4.45h in the morning. Staff very helpful. Stay was value for the money, would stay there again

We were travelling through Germany and found the place by chance. As the result - we stayed in the same place on the way back as well. Lovely, beautiful hotel near the river and surrounded by forest. Great place to stay with a dog. Very tasty cuisine and great place to relax. Great walk along the river on the disused raillway path. Lovely old town nearby.

Easy instructions for access. Light and pleasant accommodation. Sitting area and kitchen had everything we needed. Clean shower room. Good location in a residential area with street parking. 15 minute walk to the centre of Grimma. Nice walk along the river from Grimma. There are some beautiful buildings from a bygone day in the town.
