Everything was OK but we ended up booking 2 rooms through the booking system and we actually used only 1 of the room. We were 2 adults, and 2kids. 1 baby. It's important that you consider the age of the babies so people don't need to overbooked and use more money. I guess that's a booking. Com issue rather than a hotel issue. Or you need to mention you can provide a cod.

Nothing. Terrible service. Confirmed our booking for 3 single beds only to tell us on the day of check in that they cannot provide for us. Tge staff did not help us in any way what so ever and the property also refused to accept a free cancellation request and stole €180 on us. We will be taking legal action.

Nice hotel overall, it is slightly far from the city center, not sure about the bus connections, so you'd better check your options before booking depending on which transport you are using. If you travel by car it is a nice place: big parking lot right across, Kaufland is right there, rooms are very neat, beds super comfy, no air conditioners though so you need to consider that as well before booking. Breakfast, coffee, cigarette machine is on the sight.
