I recently stayed at Hotel Blaue Gams, and it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the stunning views. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery was an absolute highlight and set a perfect tone for each day. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The decor was tasteful and complemented the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious, making for a great start to the day. I also had a very enjoyable dinner experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The menu offered a wonderful selection of dishes, and the quality of the food was impressive. The spa was another highlight of my stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and provided a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The relaxation area, along with the sauna and other amenities, made it an ideal place to recharge. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blaue Gams and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and great dining experiences.

I went to this hotel with my partner for our (mid) 3 year anniversary and we loved every moment of it: -Location was absolutely perfect! A traditional small german town, so there's a lot of great food but if you get tired of the Bavarian flavor, then there is an asian restaurant and an Indian one. -The hotel is a walking distance from everything; a grocery store, a pharmacy, souvenir shops..etc -Staff were AMAZING: I appreciated that even though we had to leave our booking 1 day earlier than planned, the amazing man at the reception gave us a 40 Euro discount! -Super super quiet at night. This is amazing considering if you live in a big city, you know how annoying the street sounds can be! (so amazing sleep, super comfortable and cozy). -There was parking for our rental car indoors which made it so much easier than finding parking by the hotel. -Breakfast was sooo nice! We had it every day when we were there when we usually don't care too much for it! (those german sausages!! YUM!) Overall such a wonderful experience. Would 100% stay again!

We had been there before the pandemic and loved much. So we came again. All staff is polite and heplful. Hotel was renovated and very clean. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Spa and pool area are nice. Food is perfect like a fine dining restaurant. You can find everything you want and more for breakfast. If you are planing a holiday at Garmisch, this hotel is definitely the best.

We spent 3 amazing nights in this lovely hotel in Oberammergau. The owner was incredibly helpful and nice to us and all other guests. She surprised my wife with a little birthday cake during breakfast on the day of her birthday. It was really a nice surprise and made our day! By the way there is an amazing selection of food for breakfast and all is very delicious! Every morning there was something new on the table to chose from. The owner gave us visitor cards with which you can use public transport for free. She also helped me to organize a romantic horse carriage around town and we had a great time. Not just the owner but all the staff has been very nice and helpful. You just have to ask and they try to help you. We also used the Sauna in the basement which was really worth every Euro. Very refreshing after a long day of walking. The whole hotel is very clean and looks like freshly renovated. One can really see that the staff take care of the place and they really put their heart and soul into it. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for this amazing weekend! :)
